Ballooning is an outdoor sport. It
is an adventure that requires perfect
weather..... so be patient. We need
relatively calm wind and good
visibility. Of course we want you
to enjoy the day and the flight.
Flights are scheduled at sunrise
because that is the calmest time of
the day. In late summer and fall we
will schedule flights a couple of
hours before sunset. Balloons do
not fly in the dark.
Launch sites are determined on the
day of flight. We check wind
directions and speed prior to
choosing our take off field.
Directions are given with enough
time for you to travel.
WHAT TO WEAR
Casual clothing appropriate for the temperature
of the day.
Suggested: Long pants and flat shoes
Layers, tee shirts, sweatshirts, light weight
jacket or heavy if really cold
Sneakers, boat shoes, hiking shoes
No sandals please and probably not your new
sneakers
Gloves and hats in cold weather.

Camera, extra film, charged batteries
A smile and your fun self
That's it
We supply the champagne and juice
WHERE TO GO
Nowhere until we call you and give you
directions. We have 12 launch fields.
